Michael Hayden began his running career at Peninsula High School in Rancho Palos Verds, CA where he participated in Cross Country his Junior year and Track his Junior and Senior years.
Michael is currently studying kinesiology at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. He began training for Ultra-Marathons after graduating from Peninsula High School in May of 2007.
Michael has completed 15 Ultras and 7 Marathons.
