My mission, as a coach, is to provide training and sound advice to athletes who want to make progress toward achieving their running goals.

I follow a no-nonsense, no-gimmicks approach to coaching and do not subscribe to methods that use "shortcuts" or "magic do less, get more" plans. My training plans and coaching techniques are based on science and experience, with a proven history of success. I believe that a solid training plan is the foundation for success, whether you are a world-class runner, a beginner, or anyone in between.

How Much Does It Cost?

You can receive individual, personalized workouts and regular contacts with a real, experienced world class athlete and coach, based on the following pricing structure:
  • $100.00 per month (minimum of 3 months)
  • $1,000.00 per year (12 consecutive months)
Fees are paid at the beginning of time frame.
